He has over 10 years of marketing and management experience working with several global Fortune 500 companies, including Johnson & Johnson, Hyatt, Humana, and McDonald’s.

CCO & Diversity Director

Val is a social entrepreneur in the Women In Tech space, with passion and purpose in business and in life. She puts forth social impact to tackle the 10 Global Grand Challenges before her own interests. As an advocate for female empowerment, sustainability, education and community building she serves the greater good through storytelling, design thinking, strategic web development and digital marketing.

 

Nick Petticrew
Creative Director

Nick began his career in advertising by supporting the extensive launch of a regional airline brand in Columbus, Ohio. He has more than 15 years of experience in designing for national brands and organizations. He has won numerous national design awards, including a Webby Award.

 

Phat Chiem
Content Creator

Phat has more than 10 years of experience working in digital media. He is the co-founder of StoryCraft, a brand storytelling and content marketing agency in Santa Monica. Prior to establish- ing StoryCraft, he served as a managing editor at Yahoo, where he oversaw editorial for Yahoo’s powerful homepage, one of the largest content destinations on the web.

Nathaniel is an analytics, operations and digital marketing specialist with both startup and corporate experience.  He is an expert at developing, and applying analysis to, key performance indicators and creating visualizations to tell a story and enhance outcomes.  Nathaniel has built business intelligence and predictive analytics solutions for the retail and ecommerce industry.  He has degrees in Computer Science and Economics from UC Santa Cruz and an MBA from Rice University.
